Then I considered Adams A7X which played selectively and clearly but still I wasn't satisfied enough, cause Adams didn't give me desirable Wow effect. This issue also confirmed few users of Alphas on other music forums. I listened there: KRK Rokit RP8, Kali Audio LP-6, Focal Alphas 50, 65 and 80 and Adam A7X.Īs I wrote earlier, I liked the most Focal Alphas but there was an issue while playing piano, which unfortunately disqualified these monitors for me. My experience in this matter is just one visit in music store but in pretty good listening conditions in the quiet listening room.
